Wooly Bully Circle Scarves

This past weekend I went home for a some relaxation and family time. My mom had told me she
had knit a few circle scarves, but when I came home I found she had made about 40 of these
absolutely amazing scarves. Funky, cool, and so soft I immediately snagged a few for myself.
I was so amazed at these scarves, I created her an Etsy store which she named "Wooly Bully."
Check it out: Wooly Bully

The scarf I claimed for myself is with this awesome furry yarn from Italy. Sooo soft.
Shorts: Urban Outfitter Outlet ($5); Italian Tights from Marshalls ($6); Boots: Faryl Robin new from
Ebay ($50); Top: H&M ($5); Blazer: Forever 21 ($32)
Belt: Vintage

We were soon on our way to the yarn stores, first the specialty yarn store then Joannes.  The combinations are endless! Here my mom ponders a combo.

Roundin the corner!

I bought about 6 bundles of yarn and now Im making them myself. Be sure to check out our
Etsy Store: Wooly Bully!

We co-hosted a monster mash with our neighbors. It was full of floor to ceiling spider webs, creepy
crawlers, a fog machine and strobe light, and spooky delights.

and yes, Sophia was a blow up doll and had too much fun at the party....

The day after we all had fun trying on each others wigs...

Julie (far right) just ended up looking like David Bowie.

jefferson + lake Jewelry Network-o-Rama Event

Last night I did a network event with for my jewelry line, jefferson + lake, with my partner Chrissy at the Victor Hotel. It was an event put on for woman to network and shop at the same time and we were one of several vendors there. Lets just say pulling up to the Victor Hotel was interesting...as it looked like a haunted, run down club. Well, it was in fact a club not a hotel but it was really cool inside with large hanging disco balls.

 Our setup!
 Victor Hotel
Thankfully we were set up right next to the food!
It was all from a new grill called roti...soo good!

One of the rings we were selling, which was made from a vintage sweater clip!
At home with Muffins wearing my H&M tube dress I bought for $3,
jefferson + lake earrings, and a vintage necklace that I'm selling on Etsy HERE.

Eva Franco, it was Love at First Sight!

A few weeks ago I helped out at Stylemax Chicago, which is the largest women's tradeshow in the Midwest. I worked under Scout Showroom, and got to rep one of my most favorite brands, Eva Franco. Eva Franco is known for her vintage inspired pieces and amazing fabrics that she gets from all around the world. One her pieces is this peplum top from her Holiday Collection, which I had to order for myself.

Jeans: J Brand Super Stretch Skinny; Shoes: DV by Dolce Vita

Happy to rep Eva Franco for the weekend at Stylemax!
